- Bartbo Park is intended for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Children and adolescents under 18 years of age are not permitted in Bartbo Park without the supervision of their parents/adult guardians or legal guardians, who are fully responsible for the safety of their children.
- Access to the attractions offered at Bartbo Park is permitted upon presentation of a purchased admission wristband.
- Guests are permitted in Bartbo Park only during opening hours.
- While in Bartbo Park, staff instructions and general safety rules must be strictly followed.
- Attractions under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances are prohibited.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted in designated food and beverage areas at Bartbo Park.
- Using attractions and equipment for purposes other than their intended purpose is prohibited.
- The perpetrator is fully liable for any damage resulting from failure to follow the Regulations, ignoring the operating instructions, ignoring staff instructions, or deliberate action.
- Guardians of minors are obligated to supervise and are responsible for any damage caused by their charges.
- In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, for the safety of guests, selected attractions and equipment may be temporarily closed.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable after entering the park. Changing weather conditions do not constitute grounds for ticket refunds.
- Bartbo Park is solely responsible for damage caused by the errors and obvious negligence of park staff.
- Bartbo Park is not responsible for personal items brought into the park.
- Bartbo Park staff are authorized to ask anyone who violates any of the Regulations to leave the premises. People using attractions who disturb others through loud or indecent behavior or who fail to follow staff instructions may be asked to leave the park without the possibility of a refund for fees already paid.
- People using Bartbo Park attractions are fully liable for any damage to health or life resulting from failure to comply with these Regulations and staff instructions.
- Littering the park grounds is prohibited.
- Eating and drinking are prohibited while using the attractions and equipment.
- Bartbo Park reserves the right to record visitors (photographs, videos) for marketing purposes, while maintaining the confidentiality of personal data.
- Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes within Bartbo Park is permitted only in designated areas with ashtrays.
- Bartbo Park allows dogs provided they are kept on a leash and clean up after their pets.
- Feeding animals from the park’s enclosure is prohibited within Bartbo Park. Only food purchased at the park is permitted. This is out of concern for the health of our animals.
- By staying within Bartbo Park, you accept these Regulations.
